Who we are and what this covers

Frontier Digital LLC, operating as Frontier Digital Labs ("we" or "us"), runs www.usefrontierdigital.com. This policy covers this website and general contact with our company, including email correspondence.

We link to Trayce, Coform, Hydra, OpenDot and Canopy. Each product may have its own privacy policy, which governs that product. Those products' own terms and policies apply to their use. See Canopy's privacy policy for Canopy.

Information from website visits

• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser user agents, as part of hosting and operating it.
• The website does not currently include analytics or advertising trackers, set cookies, or save information in localStorage or sessionStorage. It has no contact form, account signup or newsletter signup.
• App Router pages serve fonts from this website, rather than requesting them from Google in your browser. The static Hydra page at /hydra is an exception: it loads fonts from Google Fonts and requests the public repository star count from GitHub's API. These requests expose your IP address and request information, such as your browser user agent, to those services. Their own privacy policies apply.

Some page controls check your browser platform to display download guidance or copy a displayed command to your clipboard when you choose Copy. These controls do not send that information to us.

If you email us

We receive your email address, any name included in your email, your message and any attachments or other information you choose to send. Please only send information needed for your question.

How we use information

We use correspondence to answer questions, provide support and handle business inquiries. Hosting information supports delivery, security and troubleshooting of the website. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in running the website and responding to inquiries, steps needed for a contract, or legal obligations, as appropriate.

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and purchases

Vercel provides website hosting. Email services process correspondence so it can be delivered and answered. These services process information needed for their role.

For paid products sold through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payment and checkout information under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect card details. We may receive customer email addresses and order details to help with support or billing. The relevant product policy explains product-specific processing.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights and the security of the website.

Retention

We keep correspondence and related records for as long as needed to address the inquiry, maintain relevant business records or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable requirements; we do not promise a fixed deletion period. Hosting logs and checkout records are also subject to the respective providers' retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to receive a copy, transfer information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a data protection authority.

California residents may have rights to know about collection and disclosure, request access, correction or deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We do not sell or share personal data for behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Rights can have legal exceptions, including records we must retain. For information held independently by a provider, you may need to contact that provider.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

International transfers

This website uses US-based hosting. If you visit or contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by applicable law, transfers must use appropriate safeguards.
