04Approach

How we build at
the frontier.

Three principles run through everything we ship. They are not aspirations; they are constraints we design under.

P.01

Context over prompts

Better answers come from better inputs. We spend our engineering on retrieval, structure, and grounding rather than on clever prompt scaffolding.

P.02

Local by default

The index of your work stays on your disk, not on ours. What leaves the machine leaves because you sent it — and when a feature only works by shipping your files somewhere, we ship the smaller feature instead.

P.03

Ship, then sharpen

We put narrow tools in front of working professionals before they are comfortable to show, then build the next thing out of what they actually reached for. The roadmap is written by usage, not by us.
